Oscar Predictions: 2007 (Top 8: 75%; Overall: 50% - techies were tough this year! )

As Oscar turns 80 this year, the writers' strike may leave him with a bummer of a birthday party. But show or no show, there will still be envelopes, and here are my annual best guesses as to the names that will be inside them.
